Location
This restaurant is located in the central Grace Bay region, and within walking distance of many of the region’s hotels and resorts. There’s onsite parking for rental cars, and it’s easy to arrange for a taxi.
The restaurant is located in a coconut grove that was planted by Sunshine Nursery, which is the oldest botanical nursery and garden center in the Turks and Caicos. For nearly 30 years, the nursery has been raising coconut, Bismarck, royal, and sabal palms, as well as a wide selection of imported and native trees and plants. The palms in the grove where the restaurant is located were initially raised for transplant at resorts and luxury homes, yet part of the site was left and eventually commandeered for its current use.
Cookbook
The restaurant is also one of the few restaurants in the Turks and Caicos to launch their own cookbook!
Beautiful by Flavor Coco Bistro is hardbound, and is a guide to creating many of their dinner and dessert favorites. The cookbook is available for purchase at the restaurant.

Cocovan Airstream Lounge
Due to the popularity of Coco Bistro, the more casual counterpart of Cocovan was created. This unique eatery is open for dinner and serves take-out style food with a gourmet twist, complete with a 1950s diner flair. Seating is outdoors on picnic tables under the palms.
