Some of the cafe menu items include cracked lobster with French fries, grilled red snapper, grilled prawns, cracked conch, fish bites, grilled grouper, lobster wraps, burgers, chicken fingers, wings, steamed oxtails, and BBQ chicken. Side dishes range from corn on the cob to coleslaw, baked potatoes, potato salad, peas and rice, mac and cheese, and a selection of grilled vegetables. Appetizer options include conch fritters and spring rolls. Snacks are also on the menu, with fish fingers, French fries, club sandwiches, and pizza.

The local conch is a menu favorite, with rave reviews about the tender fare with a light and fluffy texture and tasty breading that is just the right amount. South Caicos is known for its spiny lobster and Sunset Café & Bar boasts the best spiny lobster on the island.
