Featuring 26 sleek rooms and a contemporary design, Ocean Breeze Resort is the newest and largest hotel on the island of North Caicos. The resort is located just an eight-minute walk from the scenic and secluded Horsestable Beach, and a three-minute drive from Flamingo Pond Overlook.
Onsite, you’ll find an inviting turquoise pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, a fitness center, a conference room, a lobby convenience store, and bicycles for exploring the area. Cilantros Bar & Grill, the resort’s onsite restaurant that’s open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, is one of the best places for breakfast on North Caicos.
Ocean Breeze Resort’s front desk is staffed by friendly and professional staff and concierges who are happy to help coordinate your activities and excursions while visiting North and Middle Caicos, whether you want to go snorkeling or kayaking, explore the island’s world-class bonefishing, or try horseback riding on the beach.
Throughout the week, the hotel organizes a variety of events to keep guests entertained. These include the Manager’s Social Hour on Tuesdays and Karaoke and Bingo Night on Saturdays.
Accommodations and Room Types
Having opened in 2023, Ocean Breeze Resort offers some of the most modern accommodations to be found on North and Middle Caicos. Accommodations consist of single rooms, double rooms, one-bedroom suites, and two-bedroom suites. All rooms have complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a coffee and tea station, pool and beach towels, and a balcony or porch overlooking the pool deck.
With advance notice, the property can also organize connecting rooms for large groups traveling together or families.
Ocean Breeze Resort’s single and double rooms are ideal for guests who plan to eat out, either at Cilantro’s or at the other North Caicos and Middle Caicos restaurants, for the majority of their stay. If you would like to prepare a few of your own meals during your vacation, it’s best to opt for the larger one-bedroom or two-bedroom suites, which are each equipped with a kitchenette that has cookware and utensils, a two-burner cooktop, a toaster, and either a kitchen island or dining table.
Property Amenities
The hotel offers several convenient amenities for guests. Ocean Breeze Resort has an onsite gym with a selection of exercise machines and weights, as well as a conference room equipped with a TV and round table that can accommodate workshops, teambuilding sessions, professional meetings, and work retreats. A convenience store adjacent to the lobby is stocked with snacks, drinks, and travel essentials you might have forgotten to pack for your North Caicos vacation.
The property also has a dedicated spa treatment room, where you can choose from a menu of facials, massages, and services such as a body scrub or a seaweed wrap. Spa treatments at the resort come at additional cost and should be booked at least one day in advance.
Getting to North Caicos
To get to North Caicos from Providenciales, you can take the daily passenger ferry or the Providenciales–North Caicos flight offered three days per week by Caicos Express Airways. The daily passenger ferry is the most common means of transport and the most cost-effective, as a roundtrip ferry ticket is about half the cost of a roundtrip flight.
Ocean Breeze Resort is approximately a 15-minute drive from the ferry terminal at Bellefield Landing. It's recommended that guests rent a car for the duration of their stay. The major North and Middle Caicos attractions are not in walking distance of one another and taxi services can be expensive.
