The villa includes air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a sound system, and a washer and dryer for convenience. The property is gated and has a safe and security system for peace of mind.
The villa offers spacious common areas with scenic views of the sparkling turquoise waters of Long Bay. The living area includes a flat-screen TV, vaulted ceilings, arched doorways, and elegant French doors that open onto the pool and ocean views. The open dining area overlooks the waterfront and has a table that seats eight.
There are two full kitchens at the villa with everything you need to whip up light meals, drinks, or elaborate feasts. The two-story villa also includes a giant open-air terrace on the top floor.
Bedrooms
The luxury vacation rental includes seven bedrooms, with three on the ground floor and four on the upper level. Each bedroom features premium-quality linens and towels, a TV, and serene sleeping quarters. The ground-floor bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, and two have ensuite baths. The third bedroom has a bathroom across the hall. Three second-level bedrooms have king-sized beds, breathtaking waterfront views, and ensuite bathrooms. The fourth upper-level bedroom has two twin beds, which can be converted to a king upon request, and a bathroom across the hall.

Conched Out Villa is fully equipped for outdoor dining, with a barbecue grill, a wet bar, and outdoor dining tables. You can grill the catch of the day and dine al fresco while taking in stunning horizon views over Long Bay Beach.

The white sand beach at Long Bay leads into the shallow ocean, where the depth remains limited for quite a distance offshore.

The Long Bay community is largely residential, with the exception of South Bank Marina and The Shore Club resort. Along Long Bay Beach, where Conched Out Villa is, are a number of luxury villas and upscale homes.
Central Grace Bay and its shopping and dining is about an 8-minute drive from Long Bay. The Providenciales International Airport (PLS) is around 20 minutes away, and the Graceway Gourmet supermarket in Grace Bay is about a 7-minute drive.
