Emara Estate
Venetian Road, Turtle Tail, ProvidencialesEmara Estate is an expansive luxury villa, located on a peninsula in the Turtle Tail region of Providenciales. The property offers 10,000 square feet and seven bedrooms, as well as a private beach.
Amenities
As is the case with the other top-tier villas in the Turks and Caicos, the 6-acre (2.4-hectare) Emara Estate features a full complement of amenities, with stays typically including the services of a butler, private chef, housekeeping, and concierge.
The villa offers a tennis court, an oceanfront yoga platform, gym, kayaks, paddleboards, snorkel equipment, and a movie theater.
Prince’s Mansion
Emara Estate was once owned by the famous artist Prince, and the legends persist regarding a purple driveway. It’s true! The 300-foot (91-meter) drive leading up to the villa is purple! The property is one of several villas in the Turks and Caicos owned by celebrities.
After Prince’s death in 2016, the estate in the Turks and Caicos was put on the market, and in 2019 it was sold to the CEO of a private equity firm.
Turtle Tail Beach
The Turtle Tail area is located on the central southern coast of Providenciales. Much of the coast in the area is low limestone cliff, yet several small beaches interrupt the coast. One such beach is located on the lee of the rock peninsula fronting Emara Estate, offering a small patch of white sand that’s essentially one of the few beaches that could be considered a private beach on the island.
As the southern side of Providenciales is located on the shallow Caicos Banks, the water fronting the villa is shallow and turquoise, and the beaches in the area tend to be very calm.
Located in Turtle Tail
Turtle Tail is a highly scenic coastal region in the central south area of Providenciales. This peninsula is largely separated from the mainland of the island by the shallow and beautiful Flamingo Lake and Juba Sound. The region is home to many upscale residences and vacation villas.
