The Dinner Menu
Embers’ cuisine is centered around its wood-fired grill. Many of the dishes are cooked over natural oak to create a smokey flavor that complements the dishes. The beef knuckle ravioli, part of the bavette steak dish, is made from scratch.
Meals like the cider-braised wagyu beef cheek, Iberico pork chop, and yellowfin tuna are popular choices. You can purchase many of the same meat cuts at Island Prime Butcher, Embers' sister company next door.
Vegetarian options are limited.
For dessert, try the tallow fried donuts or smoked chocolate torte.
The Lunch Menu
Embers is also open for lunch. There's a range of tasty items on the midday menu, from tacos and wings to the tuna-salmon bowl and smash burger. You can also order lobster, when it's in season—try the lobster summer roll or the lobster mac and cheese.
The Cocktails
Embers offers handcrafted cocktails, made by the restaurant's knowledgeable bartenders and designed by its head mixologist, that combine a variety of flavors. Embers has its own take on the French 75—the TCI 75—as well as the old-fashioned and Manhattan. Cocktails are made with syrups, compotes, and infusions to create delectable flavors.
The Wines
Embers’ wine menu has a generous selection of Californian, Italian (from Tuscany and Sicily), and French (from Burgundy, Bordeaux, Loire, and Provence) wines. You can order some of the champagnes and proseccos by the glass.
In keeping with its menu’s Asian influence, Embers also sells several types of sake, or Japanese rice wine. Servers are happy to recommend the best wine or sake to complement your meal.
