Emerald Cay Estate , located at Silly Creek and Chalk Sound on the island of Providenciales, is one of the finest rental properties in the Turks and Caicos. The luxury villa is located on its own 2-acre (0.8 hectare) private island, which is isolated from the mainland of Providenciales by a rotating bridge.

Emerald Cay features an unrivaled range of amenities, including a movie theater, wine cellar, full-featured fitness center with exceptional views, a 3-story library and office, an interior lagoon and private beaches, a tennis court, and what may be the most impressive great room of any villa in the country.

Outside of the 30,000 square foot villa is a Turkish marble drive, a lagoon-like pool that overlooks the ocean. In the middle of the cay is a narrow waterway, in the center of which is a fun island accessible by a rope bridge. Onsite are also BBQ facilities, an ice maker, a volleyball court, a kayak, paddleboard, and other water sports equipment, a hot tub, fire pit, and plenty of outdoor dining and lounging spaces.

The layout of the 30,000 square foot (2787 sq m) villa is an open design that provides privacy, with outdoor walks that connect the bedrooms and the great house.
