Grace Haven is one of several luxurious villas belonging to the Sunset Beach Villas collection in Leeward, and is located just a five-minute drive away from the shops and restaurants of Grace Bay. The villa is a good accommodation choice if you want to enjoy sunset barbecues, relax by the pool, or take a spin on one of the villa's cruising bikes. The private property features a monitored security system, nightly security checks, and a backup generator.
Bedrooms
Each of the property's three bedrooms includes an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a hotel-quality king-sized bed, and blackout window treatments that allow you to sleep in during the morning.
For added convenience, there is a hair dryer, bath products, and luxury linens in each bathroom. Each bedroom also has a safe to store your passport and valuables while you are out exploring the island.
The entertainment setup in each Grace Haven bedroom consists of a high-definition TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and cable TV channels. If you would like to book additional luxury services, such as housekeeping, a butler, or a nanny to watch the kids, these services are available for an additional fee through Sunset Beach Villas' concierge.

Grace Haven comes with a fully stocked kitchen that features a kitchen island with bar stools and a separate bar sink for preparing cocktails, as well as everything you need to enjoy time with your favorite people. There is a dishwasher, oven, microwave, dishes, coffeemaker, stove, icemaker, and kitchen table that seats six guests.

Outdoor Amenities
Grace Haven Villa features 2,500 square feet (232 sq m) of well-manicured outdoor area, where you can bask in the warm climate. The private, fenced, and heated saltwater swimming pool is 12 feet (3.7 m) by 28 feet (8.5 m) with 5 feet (1.5 m) of continuous depth, and is surrounded by six lounge chairs and two pool deck umbrellas that make the space ideal for sunbathing. Complimentary beach towels are provided by the villa.
For relaxing nights in paradise, Grace Haven Villa features a fire pit and seating area beside the pool. Grilling fresh local fare is easy on the large barbecue, which features five burner grills and an extra side burner. The lighted barbecue pit has a roof for shade and rain protection.
To venture off the property, you can use one of the villa's bicycles or the electric cart to cruise to nearby Leeward Beach. Or, hire a taxi to visit nearby Grace Bay Beach, which is ranked one of the top beaches in the world due to its pristine, soft white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters. Leeward Beach
Leeward Beach is a beautiful stretch of sand located to the east of world-famous Grace Bay Beach. The ocean in the area is breathtaking, and the white sand beach is fairly wide. A few small rock jetties nearby shelter small fish, and are interesting to snorkel.
Grace Haven Villa has its own electric golf cart, which is a convenient mode of transport to take for the short hop to the beach and can carry umbrellas, coolers, chairs, and more.

Location
Grace Haven is located in the upscale Leeward community. Leeward is on the eastern side of central Grace Bay, which is about a five-minute drive away. Grace Bay is home to many restaurants and shops, including the Graceway Gourmet grocery store.
