The Accommodations
The property features well-planned community and private spaces to fully relax in paradise. The two-level vacation villa has high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. The chef’s kitchen has everything your group needs to prepare meals, with modern stainless steel appliances and plenty of space. The kitchen’s wrap-around breakfast bar seats eight. The dining area includes floor-to-ceiling views of the turquoise waters of Sapodilla Bay Beach and a dining table that seats 10.

The media room on the ground floor features incredible waterfront views and comfortable spaces to relax and watch TV or movies. Each bedroom also has a flat-screen TV. The Bedrooms
The bedrooms offer comfortable private spaces to recharge, with plush beds, luxury linens, and a TV in each bedroom. The villa has six bedrooms, with three king suites on the second floor. There is also a bedroom with two twin beds on the second floor. Two upper-level bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and the twin room shares a bathroom with one of the king suites. On the ground floor are two king suites that each have an ensuite bathroom.

Lilikoi is a gated beachfront property with its own access onto the serene Sapodilla Bay Beach. The property includes endless amenities to make the most of your time outdoors in paradise. The infinity pool is perfect for swimming and sunbathing overlooking the beach. There are loungers to relax in the sun and shade. Guests can rinse off in the outdoor shower after enjoying days at the beach or in the pool.

Sapodilla Bay Beach
The tranquil and calm Sapodilla Bay Beach is located in the Chalk Sound residential community and near the Chalk Sound National Park. Due to its located behind Sapodilla Bay Hill, the beach is almost always quite calm, and ocean depths are shallow for a ways off the beach.
Water sports rental companies and food and drink vendors operate on the beach, primarily on the north-western end of the coast.
The equally beautiful Taylor Bay Beach is a two-minute drive from the villa.

Location
Sapodilla Bay Beach and Chalk Sound is located on the southwest coast of Providenciales. The Providenciales International Airport (PLS) is about a 15-minute drive away, and central Grace Bay is about 21 minutes away.
Several grocery stores are about 10 minutes away, and the expansive Graceway IGA is about a 17-minute drive. The popular Las Brisas is within walking distance of the villa.
