The villa is conveniently located in the exclusive, gated Sunset Beach Villas community, and is within close driving distance of the amenities, shops, restaurants, and nightlife of Grace Bay. You can take one of the villa’s cruiser bikes for a spin to the beach, or make the short drive to golf, tennis, and endless water activities nearby.
Indoor Amenities
No Snow Here! features three spacious bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, king-sized bed, armchair, toiletries, and hotel-quality towels and linens. Each bedroom in the villa is designed with ample storage, including a safe for stowing personal valuables and passports, and has a flat-screen TV.
The upscale, modern villa has everything you need to unwind and relax during your tropical getaway. No Snow Here! includes central air-conditioning in the living room and inverter technology air conditioners in each bedroom, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building. The living room features a smart TV for enjoying some downtime between your adventures around the island.

Leeward Beach
Leeward Beach, which is located on the eastern side of Grace Bay Beach, is within walking distance of the villa. Leeward Beach is one of the finest beaches on Providenciales, and has the soft white sand and turquoise water that the Turks and Caicos is famous for. Small rock outcroppings and jetties interrupt what is otherwise a wide sand beach, and lend some additional privacy. No Snow Here! includes the use of an electric golf cart to facilitate easy access to the beach.
Central Grace Bay Beach, which is home to many of the island’s luxury resorts, is less than a 10-minute walk west down Leeward Beach.

Location
No Snow Here! is conveniently located in the Sunset Beach Villas collection of Leeward, an upscale community on the northeastern coast of Providenciales. Leeward is about a five-minute drive from central Grace Bay, where much of the island’s shopping and dining is located, including the Graceway Gourmet supermarket.
No restaurants are located within easy walking distance of the villa, yet several are within a two-minute drive, including Opus Wine Bar and Grill, Rickie's Flamingo Café, 19 Bar and Restaurant, and Cabana Bar & Grill. The Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club is also a two-minute drive down the road.
