Rickie’s Flamingo Café
Sandcastle Lane, Grace Bay, ProvidencialesRicky’s on the Beach , also known as Flamingo Cafe, is a beachfront bar and restaurant located right on Grace Bay Beach and near Club Med Resort. This establishment offers casual outdoor dining, and customers often just walk right in from the beach. A range of local and American bar and diner cuisine is served.
Ricky’s is on a great section of beach, and there’s a public beach access at the site as well. Also onsite are some craft and gift stalls, which offer local and imported items.
Some of the favored dishes at Ricky’s are the locally caught grouper with peas n’ rice and jerk chicken. The conch fritters and conch salad are also one of the place’s top choices.
Due to the restaurant’s location on the eastern side of Grace Bay, it’s a great spot to watch the sunset and general boat activity out in the bay.
Ricky’s is owned and run by proprietors Rickie and Stacy Clark, who have long been involved in the culinary industry in the Turks and Caicos.

New Year’s Eve and Events
The beach fronting Flamingo’s is the most popular spot on Providenciales to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks. Management at the restaurant hosts a large bonfire and a fireworks display, and excellent vistas can be had looking west down Grace Bay as each resort sets off their displays.
The annual Race for the Conch open water swim event also takes place here, and pits many of the country’s athletes against each other in 0.5-mile (0.8 km), 1-mile (1.6 km), and 2.4-mile (3.9 km) races. There's also a 100-meter (328 ft) children's race.
