The expansive, modern property—which is part of the Sunset Beach Villas collection—includes 6,408 square feet (595 sq m) of combined indoor and outdoor area. The property features a private, solar-heated saltwater swimming pool, a well-manicured courtyard, a spacious patio, and an outdoor grill. At Second Chances Villa, guests can enjoy lounging by the pool and perusing one of the books from the villa’s library, or indulge in some fresh barbecue.
Second Chances boasts views of the incredible, nearby Leeward Beach—just a short walk or beach-cart ride away—as well as a lush courtyard garden with a fountain and plenty of places to lounge. Your stay includes a complimentary concierge service, through which a concierge can help you book local excursions and any services you may need during your vacation in paradise. Other VIP add-on options include a nanny, butler, and housekeeping. The property is equipped with a backup power generator in case of an emergency.

Leeward Beach
Second Chances is a five-minute walk from the spectacular Leeward Beach. This quiet coast is found to the east of world-famous Grace Bay Beach, and likewise serves up plenty of soft, white sand and pristine turquoise waters.
You can use the villa’s four-seater electric beach cart for easy access to Leeward Beach, as well as the complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and cooler.

Second Chances is located in an enclave of villas managed by Sunset Beach Villas. The upscale Leeward community on the northeastern coast of Providenciales primarily hosts luxury villas and homes, as well as the Blue Haven Marina.
Central Grace Bay, where much of the island’s dining and shopping is found, is about a five-minute drive from Second Chances Villa.
