The Process
The process at Skape Design + Build starts with an analysis, leading to a concept. The concept stage is where rough drawings and 3D renderings are created to give life to the idea.
After the concept state, the budget and pricing are calculated.
Drawings and Permits
At this stage, full drawings are prepared. Planning permission is required before any ground clearing or construction can start.
Construction
The final stage is construction. Skape Design + Build has the ability to provide video conference updates for non-resident owners.
