If you’re searching for a unique gastronomy experience on Providenciales, look no further than Terra Mar. This chef’s table restaurant is one of the newest gourmet dining experiences on the island and provides immersive seven-course dinners in an elegant environment.
To keep their offerings fresh and inventive, Terra Mar changes its menu every three months. Each dish is dreamed up and carefully crafted by Chef Clayton Julien, who has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants around the world.
Terra Mar provides a truly unique dining experience that is rare to find elsewhere in the Turks and Caicos. Conveniently located in Grace Bay, Terra Mar is a short walk from several of the area’s beachfront resorts and shopping plazas. Reservations are required, and seating is limited.
Dining Experience
Terra Mar has one seating per day at 6:30 PM that can accommodate up to 16 guests. The restaurant's seven-course dining experience is approximately three hours long, during which time you’ll watch Chef Clayton prepare each dish, get to savor each course at your own pace (ideally with one of the restaurant’s recommended wines), and have the chance to interact with your fellow diners in an intimate and upscale setting.
Dinner begins with a welcome glass of champagne. Your hosts will then seat you around a sleek U-shaped dining area that surrounds the chef’s table. The ambiance is upscale yet relaxed, and lends itself well to date nights, anniversaries, and special occasions. Terra Mar is also a nice place for a corporate dinner or private event.
The Food
Food is the main event at Terra Mar, where Chef Clayton and his team take their guests on an exclusive culinary journey that weaves together local and foreign flavors. The restaurant prides itself on serving high-quality and fresh ingredients from the land and surrounding ocean of the Turks and Caicos Islands and beyond. All ingredients are seasonal, ensuring every dish you are served is as fresh as possible.
Terra Mar serves dishes and flavor combinations you're unlikely to have tasted anywhere else, making it an unforgettable restaurant for foodies and gourmands. The presentation of each dish is an art in and of itself, from elegant plates adorned with bougainvillea flowers to smoked chocolate honeycomb masterpieces.
The menu at Terra Mar changes every three months to keep its offerings novel and in-season. While the restaurant serves a fixed menu, the culinary team is typically able to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies with 48 hours notice or greater.

Wine Pairing
All dining experiences at Terra Mar come with the option to add a curated wine pairing at additional cost. The restaurant has an extensive collection of wines that can surprise even the most wine savvy diners with new vintages and labels.
Booking and Reservations
Terra Mar’s dining experience takes place daily from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Reservations are required to dine at the restaurant, as seating is limited.
You can either make a reservation for yourself and your dining companion, or choose to book out the restaurant if you’re hosting a private event.
