Villa Palermo is located in the Turtle Tail region of Providenciales, which is a highly scenic peninsula that is bordered on one side by the brilliant turquoise waters of the Caicos Banks, and on the other by shallow Flamingo Lake and Juba Sound. This upscale residential and villa community is found on the central south coast of the island, and is accessed via the paved and winding Venetian Road and Turtle Tail Drive, which is one of the most scenic routes on the island.
Graceway IGA, the island’s largest grocery store, is a 6-minute drive away. Central Grace Bay is about 11 minutes away, and the airport is about a 14-minute drive.
Located a minute’s drive away is the largest section of Turtle Tail beach. Despite its beauty, this beach rarely if ever has crowds.
