South Caicos Spas & Fitness

South Caicos tends to offer visitors a more tranquil and peaceful environment than Providenciales (and even Grand Turk, to a degree). This is primarily due to the smaller population and generally low-density development.

The Caribbean island is home to two luxury accommodations, both of which have their own spa. These resorts offer their guests a range of wellness and fitness amenities, which can include outdoor or beach yoga classes, tennis and pickleball courts, and a dedicated fitness center.

Spas and Massage Therapists

There are two spas located on South Caicos: one at the Salterra Resort & Spa, and the other at Sailrock South Caicos. The soon-to-open Spa at Salterra will offer both classic treatments like swedish massages and exfoliating facials as well as signature treatments, such as their aquathermal circuit experience (which incorporates a salt sauna, a steam room, and an aloe bar).

Sailrock South Caicos is home to Na Spa, and offers a variety of relaxing therapies and packages. Na Spa also has ridge-top spa treatment rooms overlooking both the ocean and the turquoise waters of Bell Sound.

Booking and Reservations

To book your spa treatment, simply contact the front desk at your resort to make a reservation. Bookings are subject to a 12% Government Tourism Tax and a 10% Service Charge. Other fees may apply.

It’s recommended that you advise your resort upon check-in if you’ll be using spa services to ensure availability. Remember to notify your spa in advance of any cancellations to avoid no-show penalties or other fees.

Mobile Services

Sailrock offers a mobile service available to guests staying in a private villa or at another property on the island.

Gyms and Fitness Centers

Salterra and Sailrock each have a dedicated gym for resort guests that features an array of weights and equipment. The fitness center at Sailrock is complimentary for guests and also for residents of the Sailrock Community.

An excellent way to stay in shape on vacation is to make use of any land or water sports equipment included in your resort stay. Sailrock has complimentary mountain bikes for its guests (along with complimentary kayaks and paddleboards).
