Turks and Caicos Great Budget Hotels
The Turks and Caicos tends to be a very expensive destination, especially for accommodation rates. Much of Grace Bay Beach features expansive and luxurious resorts, which have a price tag to match their exquisite ambiance.
However, there are some great budget hotels on Providenciales, including some beachfront places to stay. Keep in mind that many of these resorts shown here are popular, so availability can be limited throughout much of the year. Specials do sometimes come up with short notice, yet it’s often best to make your reservations well in advance of your intended visit.
Another consideration is rental vacation villas, which can be a great bargain for groups. It’s often possible to find a great beachfront property with per-person rates comparable to a budget hotel for a party of a few guests. Check out Budget Vacation Tips for information on more ways to save.
Ocean Club
Ocean Club, and its counterpart resort Ocean Club West, are beachfront resorts on Grace Bay Beach with a full range of amenities, and are located on excellent stretches of white sand and turquoise water. Both resorts offer studios and 1, 2, and 3-bedroom suites, so there are great accommodation options for couples or families.
Both hotels are also within easy walking distance of many restaurants. Ocean Club is close to the longest stretch of undeveloped Grace Bay Beach, as well as the Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club. Ocean Club West is near several of the Grace Bay shopping and dining plazas.
Royal West Indies
Royal West Indies Resort is one of the less expensive of the large Grace Bay Beach Resorts. The hotel offers a great range of amenities, including the onsite Pelican Bay Restaurant and the complimentary use of non-powered water sports equipment including kayaks, paddleboards, and Hobie Cat sailboats.

Club Med Turkoise—All-Inclusive
Club Med is the oldest resort still operating in the Turks and Caicos, and the country’s first all-inclusive. This expansive resort was established when there was no other development on Grace Bay, and consequently had the choice of location, resulting in 2000 feet (610 m) of incredible beach frontage on the calmest section of the world-famous beach.
Club Med is adult-only, and has a wealth of water sports and activities. The rooms and service amenities aren’t quite up to the standards of some of the other Grace Bay resorts, yet collectively, Club Med is one of the best values in accommodation on Providenciales.
It’s also possible to purchase a day pass or evening pass to the resort, so guests staying elsewhere on the island can enjoy the water sports, boat cruises, and bottomless dining and drinks, if only for a day.
Sibonné Beach Hotel
Sibonné offers one of the best values in a beachfront Grace Bay resort. This small and quaint hotel doesn’t have the most extensive rooms or widest range of amenities, yet can boast of an excellent location on the world’s best beach.
The resort is located on the western side of the Grace Bay region. The shops and restaurants of central Grace Bay are a 20-minute walk away, so most guests will want to rent a car for the duration of their stay.

La Vista Azul
La Vista Azul is a condo resort overlooking Turtle Cove in central Providenciales. The accommodation is less than a ten-minute walk from the beach at Smith’s Reef, which combines both a great beach with colorful and interesting snorkeling. Beautiful villas line the shore at Smith’s Reef rather than the hotels of Grace Bay, so the area tends to be quiet.
The resort offers two pools, a Jacuzzi, a great view, and easy walking access to several great restaurants and tourism businesses.
Inn at Grace Bay
The Inn at Grace Bay is a small hotel that isn’t beachfront, yet is located at a very convenient location. Grace Bay Beach is 5 minutes away by foot, and there’s the largest concentration of dining and shopping nearby at the Regent Village, Saltmills Plaza, and Le Vele Plaza.

Within very short walking distance is the Graceway Gourmet supermarket, and the dining and shopping options of Ports of Call Plaza, La Petite Place, and Caicos Café Plaza. The extensive collection of shops and restaurants at Regent Village and Saltmills Plaza are 10 minutes away on foot.
Island Club
Island Club is another economical accommodation option in central Grace Bay. The complex is a townhouse condo complex. Choose from studios and two or three-bedroom options. Suites include full kitchens, patios with seating, and BBQs, and the complex has a shared central pool.
The Manor Street access to Grace Bay Beach is a 5-minute walk (0.25 mile / 0.4 km) away, and the Saltmills, Le Vele Plaza, and the Regent Village are only steps away. Some great dining options are nearby, including Provence, Yoshi’s, Castaway's, Bella Luna, and more.

Northwest Point Resort
An often overlooked beachfront accommodation is the boutique Northwest Point Resort, which is located on the remote north-western region of Providenciales and on the largest stretch of undeveloped beach on Providenciales.
Northwest Point Resort is a great choice for those seeking seclusion and tranquility. To the west of the resort are two protected areas: the extensive Northwest Point Marine National Park, and the bird sanctuary of the Northwest Point Pond Nature Reserve.
It’s advisable that guests stay at this hotel rent a car for the duration of their stay. Central Grace Bay is a 20-minute drive away. Onsite is a restaurant, pool, kayaks, and paddleboards. The surrounding wilds and ocean also abound with wildlife.
