Long Bay, Providenciales
Located in the Long Bay area of Providenciales, South Bank is a new luxury oceanfront resort that overlooks the picturesque Caicos Banks. The resort features 92 waterfront accommodations and a private ocean lagoon with a beach, as well as a range of amenities for guests. There's a spa and wellness center on the property, as well as the fine dining Lua Restaurant.
Adjacent to the resort is the full-service South Bank Marina, where a number of private yacht charters and water sports companies operate. The marina’s expert team operates a wash, fuel, and maintenance program alongside the effortless boat concierge service.

South Bank is being developed by Windward, a Turks and Caicos company. Windward has enriched Providenciales with Blue Cay Estate in Leeward, The Peninsula at Emerald Point, South Bank on Long Bay with its recently launched Arc by Piero Lissoni, and the latest addition to the portfolio, Nivå at South Bank on Turtle Tail, designed by Swedish architect Magnus Ström. Nivå is a two-minute water taxi ride away from South Bank Resort.

South Bank Marina
South Bank Marina is a full-service marina that works with visiting luxury yachts and local recreational vessels. The site is home to the Providenciales marine branch of the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force, as well as the Turks and Caicos Reef Fund, which is a non-profit organization tasked with protecting reefs and marine life in the islands. The marina provides a wide range of offerings, including fuel, concierge services, and repairs.
Located in Long Bay
Long Bay is a coastal residential region in southeast Providenciales. The area supports a low density of homes and rental villas. Long Bay Hills is the interior part of this region, and Long Bay Beach lines the south coast. The luxury Shore Club resort and South Bank Marina are both located here.
